Really sweet.
I had picked it up, read a story then forgotten about it. Then I picked it up again and finished in less than one hour.
The stories are entertaining, and the "notes by Dumbledore" even more so. Really worth a read or two for a Harry Potter enthusiast. - — May 22, 2012 | Add your feedback

- — May 18, 2012 | Add your feedback

I expected better.
I couldn't wait to meet Roland and his ka-tet again, instead we got an intro that led to him telling of an adventure he had lived in his youth, in which he... tells a story, that takes most of the book. It is entertaining in an "Eyes of the Dragon" way, but I was expecting an actu ... (continue) - — May 18, 2012 | Add your feedback

Sweet!
A nice story with all the King-like elements where they belong, including Dark Tower references and characters that we might (or might not) have met in other books. - — May 3, 2012 | Add your feedback

Sorprendentemente bello.
(continue) - — Apr 26, 2012 | Add your feedback

(continue)

H.P. Lovecraft Omnibus, Vol. 1

Don't be confused by the three-star rating, Lovecraft is indeed a literary genius. However, he gave his best in his short stories. And this first volume (of three) of his collected works includes his three novellas: "At the Mountains of Madness", laborious but at the end enjoyable; "The Strange Case ... (continue)

A quick, entertaining read. It is nice to remember a lot of very emotional moments, and I appreciate the focus put by the author on the crowds' reactions - who they were supporting during the various phases of the rivalry, why their sympathies changed...

Stevan Utah is an interesting character indeed, but this biography of his is not too well written. Still compelling, but not as good as it would deserve to be.

A bumpy ride, and the author seems to like to hear the sound of his own voice, so to speak. But the story is awesome, very very entertaining and surprising. Well worth a read!

Awesome story. The two voices in which it is written make it a rollercoaster ride, with each character reacting in different ways to the events of the story - a story that is really good already on its own. More than worth reading.
